The Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine on ensuring state assistance to entrepreneurial activity of self-employed persons in service sector

It was stated that Ukraine faces an acute problem of unemployment, especially among women over 40. A separate category of persons forced to work unofficially in the service sphere has been formed. Therefore, these citizens are deprived of social protection.

The bill (Reg. No. 1424) is aimed to solve this problem. The document introduces an economically stimulating mechanism for self-employed physical persons for conducting entrepreneurial activity in service sector.

Following the results of the discussion, the Committee members adopted the decision to recommend adopting it as a basis.
